Automatic mute list

So for whatever reason sometimes i play against the same people within the same week, and sometimes those people are toxic af. I am sure some of you know what I mean, and some of you probably don't, but either way the idea I want to put forth should make sense. I would like it if Riot would make it so that whenever Player A reports player B or blocks player C, that the game always begins the match with player B and player C muted for player A. The logic being that when I report someone, I don't want to be in another game with that person, or see their toxic messages, but I don't always remember who they are until they start typing and by then I am already starting to get a little tilted or I may feel the need to say something back. Most of the time I can handle it, or I just mute them, but when I get a player who acts toxic in more than 1 game, I get really irritated and I don't always exert as much control as I should.

Just as an example there was a gold player I was stuck with in gold 1 for a couple of weeks "***************" (Just as a note, I cannot use the player's name as it violates the forum rules and will result in the discussion being deleted), played a lot of pantheon and he was a total douche. He would constantly talk sht to his teammates and his opponents, he made several racist remarks, and when I would wreck him in lane he would blame his team for being mentally challenged and then start feeding. It appears he was banned not too long ago, but its players like this that make me want them to be muted from the outset of the match so I don't have to worry about rushing to hit my tab key and muting them before they decide to make these stupid-*ss remarks.
