I totally agree with you, I did too have feeders in a couple of my ARURF games and it almost seemed like they didn't care or it wasn't seen as a serious offense because it's considered a "fun" game-mode.
It definitely is not okay, GRIEFING is one of those hard-to-distinguish thingds, but its actually ONLY one which has direct influence on a gameplay. I wish, that someday riot will finally understand, that cursing and flaming ppl are not problem, but GRIEFERS are. By GRIEFING I understand intentional feeding (stealing one kill to reset golds and continue), intentional avoiding of fights (let em loose 4v5 - guy is practically afk), AFKing - ragequitting, surrender spamming. I would consider stealing farm on purpose to be griefing as well but its subjective (as far as you want to hoard resources for the most fed teamate with highest carry potential). It really drives me fucking mad when I get one of those "arguments" like "its just normal" or in your case "its just URF". NOPE, its game, in which you are ruining other people's game experience by being retarded.
