The good thing baout people who play like sh., is that I can report them :D
Because, at some point during the game, they will say something that counts as toxic enough for the report to be valid :D

Just because you report them doesn't mean they will be punished. I been playing since end of season 2 and have only ever been handed a single chat restriction back around season 3/4 I can't remember exactly. I routinely get the popup warning about my behavior blah blah change it blah blah blah that indicates people are reporting me.
