Perma banned

Hello, can a Riot person please tell me why this account was banned? I would like to know as I do not got access to the signup email I used for this account.

As of Right now, I've never had a chat restriction on this account, never used a 3rd party program. I've also never said anything really racist or used that sort of hate speech on the game towards another person. Yes I have been toxic a couple games, but never got a chat restriction for it before which is weird.

So just wondering why I am now perma banned and why I never got warnings for anything I might have been doing wrong.

I'm saddened but I think if there was a really good reason to ban me forever and skip the chat restriction process, I'd accept the ban but honestly just don't think there is given what I said above.

Anyhow, thank you to whoever from Riot responds back in advance and tells me what the reform card and issue was because right now, i can't get into my email to check and would love to know.

Hopefully I hear back from them. Would like to know, and would hope it's a mistake as Riot never unbans anyone unless it was a mistake. So I'm hoping it was a mistake.

Cause I find it weird to be banned forever if you've never had a chat restriction, never used a 3rd party program, and never said anything extreme racist which I haven't.

Did you get an answer btw? Same problem here for me... Never had a chat restriction, never used a 3rd party program... then out of the blue, permanent banned. The funny thing is I didn't even get an email from them, not even a generic email as I've seen from these posts (youve been banned until feb 2222, 2700 something). I hope this is a sick joke... I guess I'm truly on VACation now lol....

From what I know a ban wave went out (or was that just EUW?) so there is a small possibility that it was a mistake.

Maybe your account was compromised. Someone else used it or you got hacked. In those cases they permanently ban accounts to prevent futher missuse.

Haven't got an answer from the ticket yet, so will have to wait more than likely.

But yeah, I know most people say they never been punished or chat restricted and usually lie about that. Well I've never had a restriction in game.

I've never let anyone use my account or gave my account details away.

I didn't lie about chat restriction... I'm literally in the same shoe as yours. I've NEVER had a chat restriction, nor punished by tribunal.. I don't script, didn't download ANY kind of third party software... I'm so confused

Plus, I've been the only one using this account

They have changed the perm suspension to a two suspension for being toxic/arguing with others. I'll accept it cause I was toxic recently, although I feel the first step should have been chat restrictions which I've never had in game. But anyhow, yeah they responded finally, and now I just gotta wait, come back with a fresh feel, and be happier.

Hey, after reading your post, I looked to my support ticket and got a reply. They said there was a mistake in the system and I got compensated with RP. I'm still wondering what caused the ban though

I got same problem here too. LOL, I have no idea wuts going on. Because I never got any warning before, and no email notification after this permaban.

i made a post about a week ago and got a reply on the forums from a riot employee why i was banned. but i still havent gotten my account or gotten a reply from 2 tickets almost 2 weeks old now.
