Solution to the "kiss" issue.

Given that there seems (from my cursory looking today) to be a large contingent of players on the EUW/EUNE servers whose primary language is Dutch, why does Riot not just hire (or find current) a few (1-2) support agents in Dutch, and work on translating the client and voice lines into Dutch?

While this obviously isn't a scientific poll and won't be completely accurate, please select below. I'm trying to gauge how many players actually speak dutch (or would if it was a supported language).

Keep in mind that it being a supported language would remove this "kiss" issue entirely, as a chat log in Dutch would be judged as if it was Dutch.

The problem is that basically gives everyone an excuse of "I was speaking Dutch," which I've already seen several times. What if my log is part Dutch and part English? What if I'm abusing the fact that that phrase is a well-known phrase in multi-lingual gaming, and I'm getting a free pass to use it?

Hiring additional people for support and then also hiring enough people for enough time to translate the client and voice lines into Dutch would be a comically vast effort when all they need to do is train support agents to have enough sense to say "oh, that means 'kiss' in Danish, TIL, cool, I've unbanned you, have a great day" rather than "no matter what language you pretend to speak, English is the language you're actually thinking of, and you said something that's bad in English, so you obviously told someone to kill themselves, so the ban stands."

Man just stop. The guy needs to be unbanned. officially supported language or not, he was not being abusive in chat.

A Rioter fluent in dutch actually looked at it and still decided that he meant it maliciously.

Edit: mb, it was orange, not a red. Not sure what orange means.

It will happen look you know the french word for "shower" ? douche

And that's only 1 example, instead of trying to solve these thing individually , we should have a system prepared to face them.
