can we have "report begging" as a report option. and a tooltip at the loadscreen saying "don't ask for reports, multiple reports dont make a difference and it can get you punished instead"

just so people know not to do it.

Report begging is classified as harassment (part of Verbal Abuse). So the option is already there.

It falls under verbal harassment. Riot wants to have a smaller range of report categories for the sake of parsimony.
