RIOT:help? punishment bug? 25 game chat ban back up to 25 games?

EDIT: here is my match history to prove Ive played lots of games, into the chat ban (if you scroll down youll see the veigar all dorans game that was one of the three listed, and past that ive played alot of games some as recent as yesterday with a 25 game chat ban and now its reset?):http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA1/46709557 UPDATE: submitted a ticket but it seems to say after playing a game that my chat restriction needs 24 more games :( so I dont know what to do :( So I had gotten a 25 game chat ban for these games here (prepare for the copy pasted text) And I had played several games into my chat ban only needed 8 or so left

and I updated league today and now Ive got all 25 games back but the same games?! If I had been reported again It would've banned me for 14 days under the current system, so can somebody explain why all those games I played into my chat ban, suddenly are null and voided and im back at 25 games needed before its over?!

should I sumbit a ticket or bug report? because I have no idea why its back up at 25
