Why is the "block player" feature removed?

Since the tribunal cant really do shit to people who intentionally feed or just simply unskilled, why cant we block the certain player on our own?

this feature actually is useful because it actually happens that i sometimes encounter people who ruined my game before.

RITO plz bring it back.
