Can someone explain what Riot does about players intentionally letting the enemy team win in ranked?
I'm not talking about when the whole team agrees to open, I'm talking about ragequitting, afk farming, and afk flaming.
I've seen a bit of this personally and a LOT of this in youtube.
A good example of this are the countless times Hashinshin has sat in base flaming his jungler leaving his team to loose 4v5. I've also seen ppl afk farming in lanes and jungle while the enemy team is in their base.
If you build
and run it down mid you will get 2 week banned automatically, or permabanned. So why isn't this cracked down on as harshly when it has the exact same effect: ruining the game for your team.
Leaverbuster is somewhat lenient because sometimes ppl have no choice but to leave even if they are being responsible, but it's a totally different case when someone sits in spawn flaming. In that case it's 100% clear that they are afk-ing to inteintonally ruin the game for their team, so why isn't it treated in the same way inting is?
