bad english inc if i ever have a single game where i dont have to read someone say "report xy pls" i'd be glad. because im the person who tends to say "1 report does as much as 9 and asking to report is considered toxic" (at least on euw, stated by riot)

it would be soooooooooooo easy to code a line that basically does the following:

everytime someone tries to send a message containing "report xy" or "xy reported" the message gets not send at first and the person who tried to send the message gets a message in his chatbox in BRIGHT RED saying "1 report does as much as 9 so you dont need to ask for reports or announce it. also asking for reports is considered toxic and on the long run will get you permabanned". if the person really insists on it and they write "report xy pls" again... FUCKING CHATRESTRICT THEM! if a direct warning from the game/riot itself is not enough, then holy shit they deserve a CR!

or when someone in champ select is like "wtf why ban my champ" do not send the message. give him a BRIGHT RED "every player can ban whatever champ they want. banning a teammates champ might be a dick move, but it is allowed".

when someone says "stop troll/int/feed/whatever" do NOT send the message. give him a BRIGHT RED message saying "telling you to stop falling over on a bike when first riding it wont make you stop falling over. also this behavior is considered toxic".

the simplest things and i promise you it would make the game much more clean.

and you know why? BECAUSE 99% OF THE PPL I MEET INGAME NEVER READ THE RULES!!! actually a shocking amount of them still say stuff like "my friend/brother/riot employee that i know works at the TRIBUNAL and will ban you" because these idiots never read the rules once, dont even know that we have the IFS and overall have no fucking clue.

i imagine the lol community like a class full of kids... the teacher and some other kids go around and BEAT EACH OTHER UP! noone ever tells them "hey thats not allowed" so ALL OF THEM DO IT! back to my first line... if i ever have a single game without anyone asking for reports... would be the first time in 2018.

Just because there isn't a rule specifically against it doesn't mean it's okay. Think about the possible results from banning a teammate's pick: 1:They dodge. 2:They int. 3:They play a different champion, badly due to tilt and lack of experience. So what would you prefer to happen in that scenario? Would you rather play a 4v5 or 4v6 thanks to the player who's performing badly or inting? Or would you rather they're forced to dodge to avoid playing a tilting game with the dick who banned their pick? I think we can all agree the best possible outcome in that scenario is that someone dodges. And seeing as you made it happen, you should suffer the dodge penalty.

Just add a loading screen tip that tells players that

"telling other players to report another player is itself a reportable and punishable offence (and has no effect on the likeliness of someone getting reported)"

Only 1 thing that needs to change to improve player behavior and that is riot. They allow players to do whatever they want in ranked games with zero repercussions. For whatever reason all they care about is what they consider offensive language. Crazy to me that a bunch of video game developers are more concerned with what people say in the game rather than what they do.

Competitive integrity would be something I would aim for when I have one of the most popular games or any game to be honest.... but what do I know... people trying to put the word idiot in the status bar are the bigger problems we face lets hurry and stop them!!
