what riot should improve in my opinion.

i will name a few things that confuse me/annoy me that riot could easily change that, in my opinion, would improve the quality.

1. be more transparent. im still not sure about the rules. a rioter on euw said asking to report is against the rules. a rioter on na said it isnt. some board mods say it is other say it isnt. some players say it is, others say it isnt. another example: "i hate laning vs xy, need help" some people told me saying this is negative attitude and thus a rulebreak while others said its totally fine. riot should do a FAQ about what is a rulebreak and what isnt. 1.a) speaking of which. why not have a better filter? instead of just making %%% look like *** why not make something like this: someone is trying to type... %%% or kys or some other def. 0 tolerance phrase, his message does not get send and he gets a message that only he can see saying something like "stuff like this is not tolerated at all and will result in a quick permaban for your acc". if the person types the word again, send it. let him be reported and banned. same thing for the "report xy" pls thing. IF it is a rulebreak, why not make the player see a message reading "1 report does as much as 9, asking to report adds only toxicity to the game. dont fight fire with fire".

2 instant feedback system actually being INSTANT. i think getting chatlogs is nice. but not enough. i saw a lot of ppl here who dont know why they got punished. (now im not talking about the obvious racist sexist trolls) why cant you get a message BEFORE you get punished saying "hey your behavior is not that good. if you need help ask the boards." or something like that. getting the first CR takes quite a bit from what i heard. so why have one person be passiv-agressiv for 200 games (example!) and then just punish him? why not say something before? 2.a) some people wanna get the message about their report doing something ALWAYS others want that message never. again why not give us a simple option? something like "if someone i reported got punished within the last XXX hours, give me a feedback message". type in 0 to never get one, type in 99999 hours to ALWAYS get a message.

3 a "guide" on how to move the chat out of sight/rebind the enter key. a lot of people ask for permamute or how to remove chat etc. now all chat is one thing. but team chatis something different. why not have a way that tells people "hey you can just move the chat out of sight" or stuff like that?

these are the 3 random shower thoughts i just came up with. yes when i shower i think about how you could improve player behavior.
