Riot doesn't give a hoot what your excuse is. Just stop trying. Riot does not care if...

  • "I was Drunk/high!" (obviously)

  • "I have a mental disorder!" (If you know you can't control yourself don't play the game just to ruin other peoples' experiences. It's selfish.)

  • "I was joking!" ("kys" and hate speech are far beyond 'joking')

  • "Another person played on my account!" (It's made clear that every action made on your account is YOUR responsibility)

  • "My team was flaming me!" (The "mute" button exists and they're random people online, why do you even care? Mute, report and move on.)

  • "I had a bad day!" (Kinda like mental disorder... If you're just gonna ruin peoples' experiences it's selfish to still play.)

  • "My team was feeding!" (I find it hard to believe you've never had a bad game. And if they're inting, flaming them will only tilt them more.)

  • "I spent a lot of money on your game!" (Riot makes it very clear in the T&C that you're not legally entitled to anything on your account.

  • "I was autofilled!" (Oh no, you are subject to a game mechanic! Just man up and play the role you were assigned for one game rather than trolling.)

Riot does care when...

  • The ban was a mistake in the automated system. (The computer can mistake okay stuff for bad stuff and accidentally ban you for it. This is easily fixed with a support ticket.

  • The chat logs present were a little bit toxic, but you've had exceptionally good behavior in many other games. (As long as you don't tell people to kill themselves or use hate speech I've seen Riot give people other chances if they just had one somewhat bad game out of dozens of honorable ones. I;ve only seen this once or twice, it's extremely rare and may only happen on 14 day bans, not quite sure.)

TL;DR- Riot will basically never revert a permaban unless it was a mistake on their part. I'm getting sick of all the posts making any of these shitty excuses. Just make a new account, and if you simply can't control yourself, play another game.

I think i'm one of the only people on here that have gotten their ban removed, and it was for the second reason. So it doesn't hurt to send in a support ticket, but if you have words like "kys" or "%%%" in your chat logs there is no reason too because no one gets unbanned for those words.

Riot is way too harsh with their judgement and it seems all the feeding or selfish trolls who deserves to get banned gets their ways, if you don't review the gameplay how do you know if the player is playing to win or trolling? trolling is way more annoying than people who has an opinion, that's why there's a mute button isn't it? So why do people even get banned for what they say? Honestly, people are way too sensitive, imagine a society where people can be excluded (or maybe killed/banned permanently for what they say), o yea those society only exists in the dark ages or maybe North Korea. Can't we just stop banning and play the game? Riot management are some of the most toxic communities I've seen. I hope the rioters gets judged the way they do to others.
