Did riot change hextech loot requirements?
i got off a chat ban about a month ago, and literally the game after it expired i got a key frag. im not complaining, but did riot change anything regarding loot eligibility?

ive been getting both, and havent once seen the "you're ineligible for loot" message
AeroWaffle1 votesIt could be that they've started counting the games that you play during the chat restriction towards getting back loot privileges.
