I hope everybody complaining about the recently announced preseason changes realizes this

You're just following the same old tired cycle:

1.Riot announces a huge change 2.People get upset, threaten to leave the game, etc. 3.Riot does it anyway 4.People are initially upset 5.Riot makes a few balance changes, but it's generally the same thing 6.People grumble for a bit longer 7.People finally shut up and move on with their lives 8.When asked, people say that the old system was better but are willing to put up with the new changes in spite of their complaints when they realize it's still League of Legends 9.Complaints arise occasionally that get people riled up for about a week, but fizzle out 10.League of Legends persists in being the most popular game in the world

I'm not going to say which side of the argument I'm on, only that I don't have the time or patience to chime in. All I want to do is stop by to tell everybody this. I'm not saying your complaints aren't justified. However, you have to admit that literally every big change Riot has made ever follows this same cycle. Your complaints are nothing new, and while it might take a little longer this time around for the cycle to work itself out, I can guarantee you it will happen. If you've ever wondered why it seems like Riot doesn't listen to the community, I can assure you this is at least part of part of the reason.
