Make champion mastery emoji only visible to allies
Right now it's widely used as a taunting tool and presenting the same meaning as "GG EZ"

Some taunting is encouraged, or have you never ctrl+2 before? (custom taunt built into every champion). I can only assume you are new to the game and are confusing being rude (not ok) with taunting (ok).
