Already reported this player for exploiting a bug with eve, she lands her charm even if she misses the charm with another spell.

If you reported her in game for the bug exploit, send a support ticket.
the charm triggers if she does any damage to you.... read the ability notes....
I mean a guy right now who called me the "N" word in a game is playing clash right now. It's been 3 weeks. Riot has the same policy on this stuff as their policy on sexual harassment in the work place. They don't care.
How can they miss a charm? It gets triggered by everything.. AAs, Q (2nd activation auto targets the charmed person first), E (dashing point and click).
The worst bit about this is that she isn't actually exploiting a bug so there's no chance she gets banned for that.
Evelynn's W, Allure, applies a mark. If left to charge without her dealing damage to you with an AA or ability the next time she deals AA or ability damage to you will charm you unless the mark wears off. It does not have to be the next ability cast (often the skillshot).

While I dont agree with what the Eve said to you, you really should know what the ability does before trying to accuse someone of exploiting a bug. It's working as intended here.
