So capping relics only can trigger leaver buster... getting 90 points just capping being the reason the game was so close is enough to trigger leaver buster... stupidest shit ever

That doesn't sound right at all. You're helping your team win. At best, you'd be suspended until you wrote support for that infraction, especially if you didn't communicate with your team.
Did you see a reform card when you logged in?
Capturing relic gets 3 points, killing gets 1. People are just being dicks if they report you for focusing on relics. A good team should let weaker players do the relics to maximise their contribution because they don't do as well in fights.
