You think plat is good because you're below it. I'm above it. You don't automatically get 20 kills a game when you hit X rank. My retarded as fuck team fed him 20 kills while I was stuck in lane vs an Annie so I couldnt get fed. Bot lane was the lane that was feeding so I couldnt roam bot. My jungler lost all his monsters because he wasnt warding.

I'm not Riot. That's why I'm asking how to report it lmao. Riot could look at IP addresses n shit. If Graves is only played on a single IP address or HWID that is not the original one that has been used for years, then that is 99.995% proof. There is 0 way to 100% prove they are being boosted. Literally 0 way. Boosters use proxies and VPNs n shit so they cant find their main accounts through association with IP address.

Graves is a go-to freelo booster champ that most boosters use because it's so easy to carry with

Your method of using IP isn't a very good one though. There are circumstances when people go to another location and decide to play league there. As an example, when I house sit for my mom, I use her computer to play a few games (granted I won't play ranked.) That ip isn't the one I always use.

The switching of champs for periods can be odd, but not position. Past two seasons I only played support, and now I'm trying to top more.

Again, there's no way to be 100% certain unless you can physically see them being boosted. I understand people will go to different locations to play league. There are LoL bars where people play. But if you already have fishy shit going on, and EVERY time you play Graves JG you are at a different IP, there's a connection. If you're playing SIGNIFICANTLY better on a different IP, there's something going on.

Riot also records ping/fps. So don't pull that one at me.

My main was Gold for the longest time and I jumped to Diamond in one season. I did two things.

#1 I was on the verge of my 4th perm ban. I stopped talking shit to my team.

#2, I found URGOT was secret god tier last season and played 220 games of him. I have a shit KDA on him, it's not a go-to booster champ, my IP is the same, and my current play is consistent with last season. I actually am playing better, just getting shittier teams. Went from gold->diamond only playing Urgot, then the meta shifted to make Urgot trash again due to damage creep.
