And saying "Report X for inting" when the guy has 15 deaths is still reportable for harassment and will eventually get you banned but writing passive-aggressive shit like "Why?", "Good Job XD" and "..." will still not get you banned.

Riot should value reports individually if they're not from the same premade.

You think hes not feeling harassed but you do not know. He may be having a problem, a bad day, or just really anything that could cause that issue. Yes it is unfun to play with people like that, but we don't know them enough to know why they're doing it

As all a report does is to flag the system to check for toxicity, multiple reports basically just "spam" the system, asking them to check for toxicity in the same game. The response will always be the same.
Its like asking a bunch of people in the same room whether the lights are on, all the answers will be the same.
