Hextech and Punishment

Has the question of "how long after a punishment does it take for loot to start coming again" been answered yet? I finished my 10-game chat restriction about 20 games ago and am still getting the message. Not saying I dont deserve it or whatever, just wondering if Riot has ever put out exactly how much time or number of games to return to loot drops
