There needs to be some form of punishment for this type of behavior. (ranked game)

During champ select I ban Riven because none of my teammates have her selected as the champ they want to play. As soon as my ban goes through our first pick toplaner who had BARD showing says "****" then locks in Viktor with their pick. Immediately afterward they start telling this story about how they meant to lock in Xin blah blah blah. Goes through with champ select and he's Viktor top with Ghost/Flash against Camille. Feeds her 1v1 several times. We're still trying to win, nobody has flamed this kid yet for clearly putting our team in a rough spot, and then the time comes when he's always top and not grouping to help the team. When he does join the team he just runs into the middle of the team fight spamming spells and dies instantly. 1/8/2 at this point, not helping the team, comes over to my jungle camp as I'm doing it and he throws a Viktor E into my Wraith camp killing all the birds. Instantly afterward he spams his Mastery emote in my face. After the game I look up this kid's profile just out of curiosity and he is a Riven main by over 100k mastery points to his next closest champ. So because I unknowingly banned his main champ without him saying anything or physically showing that he wanted Riven, he trolled our entire team and did absolutely nothing to help us win. There NEEDS to be a way to punish this type of behavior. This happened in my ranked promos.
