Surrender can only be called once per person a game
Seriously this needs to be implemented. Tired of that 0-4 noob that keeps trying. Even muting him doesn't work.

I'd like to remove the surrender feature altogether. There. I said it.
If they make it so 3/5 wins, then sure. 2/5 shouldn't win a vote just because it's the opposition.
sure if they make it an auto yes when your feeding. Cant stand when the 0/12 botlane doesnt want to surrender because theyre about to hit theyre "powerspike"

I think the surrender option is kinda dumb. Just open lol it takes 2 more seconds
