Surrender can only be called once per person a game

Seriously this needs to be implemented. Tired of that 0-4 noob that keeps trying. Even muting him doesn't work.

its not LOW ELO abusing it, every elo uses it almost equally, id almost say that challenger and master use it more often then any other elo.

Well you keep believing that if it makes you feel better. I sure would like to see the numbers on those at low elo who have terrible KDA's and initiate the surrender because they can't learn to play the game. I'm sure it's very high.

sure if they make it an auto yes when your feeding. Cant stand when the 0/12 botlane doesnt want to surrender because theyre about to hit theyre "powerspike"

When I don't surrender, it's not because I'm a troll. It's because I've won crazy turnarounds when the opposing team throws. Surrendering just gives the opponents less time to throw. If you surrender your games early and get mad at your team for throwing won games, think hard about that.
