I'd like to speak to someone privately regarding something (through boards ideally). If this is possible please tell me where it might be possible to do this. Thank you.

Not possible through the boards. You would need to submit a support ticket through the support site.

That's the options you have. Make a support ticket and wait patiently, post your issue on here, or just let it go.

Every support ticket i've ever made was responded to. Every ticket my friends have made are responded to.

They may take 48-96 hours, especially considering it's a weekend right now.

Once it is assigned and responded to, you'll generally get responses within an hour or two.

If you need to speak with someone privately, that's your option. There is no way to "jump the queue" through the boards.

I believe this is not a possibility. Tbe player behavior team sometimes posts on tbe boards, but they are an internal team doing a lot of work and not a team that will reach out sight unseen. Doing so would set a bad precedent, imo.
