I'd like to speak to someone privately regarding something (through boards ideally). If this is possible please tell me where it might be possible to do this. Thank you.

Not possible through the boards. You would need to submit a support ticket through the support site.
I believe this is not a possibility. Tbe player behavior team sometimes posts on tbe boards, but they are an internal team doing a lot of work and not a team that will reach out sight unseen. Doing so would set a bad precedent, imo.
