you should not be allowed to continue to play ranked in the 1st place
i feel like there should be a change to the behavior system
Players on chat restrictions should be prohibited from playing ranked games until thier restriction is over
players who recieve 14 day bans should be prohibited from playing ranked for 3 months when they become eligible for rewards again

You still have a point in being there if you are on a restriction, you dont if you were suspended.

they can play ranked again when they have played off the restriction. the reason is because chat restrictions severely gimp a players ability to communicate. and after a chat restriction or ban. many players resort to just not using chat ever again
