Do players who have chat-restrictions in-game have it here on boards as well?

Just curious. I see a lot of threads who say they are chat-banned/punished but are completely toxic here on the boards, are they smurf accounts that post those kinds of threads?

Afaik boards and in-game punishments are seperate.

No. Same way boards permabans dont affect in game.

In-game punishments are entirely seperate from boards punishments, and vice versa. :)
