My only question now, about Riots sexism and hypocrisy, is will the players actually do anything?

Will the playerbase actually hold Riot accountable and stop paying for RP, watching LCS, and maybe even stop playing the game? Or will it just be a week of threads on the boards that eventually die down, without it ever hitting Riot in any tangible way at all?

I wish I could say that I believe in 2018 capitalism enough that Riot will definitely be monetarily affected by this, but I'm just not sure.

My real fear is that players eventually just let it die down and continue to support and play league.

I mean, I already quit, but that's because the game is shit and LCS is fucking boring now.

However, I believe that most of the reason that it's shit has to do with Riot's embrace of Feminist Ideological nonsense so I suppose it's at the very least related.

Nah. The boards will light up for awhile until people tire themselves out. Everyone has already forgotten about Riot’s insensitive mishap before a this went down, Id expect it to happen again with the next thing.

Do you refer to the actual, life affecting sexism women faced for years as noted by the Kotaku article, or the minor, inconveniencing sexism against men at PAX for a few hours?
