can we have a report option for stat padding

it's annoying as hell having some guy who's 12/0/7 keeping the game close on purpose when you're winning. simply because theyre trying to get more farm/kills to get thier S rank. it's unfair for the losing team. because it stalls the game. and can also be argued as a form of BM/taunting. its unfair for the winning team. because it makes thier game take longer. and can potentially throw the game if the person doesnt stop it's also unfair to people who try to earn S rankings the old fasion way

Uh, aren't they just giving you more chances to kill them because of how cocky they are? It's the ultimate chance to humiliate them.

Sure let's just find a way to ban anyone who isn't challenger and perfect at the game. Maybe they don't know better? If they listened to the community Riots going to have to control everyones champions like bots in the game. First it's being toxic because people can't /mute because someone said a mean word, now people are complaining about winning.

I disagree, I think there should be a report option for losing teams who refuse to forfeit an obvious loss, therefore obliging the winning team to run up the score
