I finally discovered the source of my toxicity.

and it's going to sound stupid but

Dehydration.

I'm moderately toxic all the time sometimes and other days will say absolutely nothing so I started tracking what I do what I interact with and whats around me and I finally realized it's water. When I'm dehydrated and it causes me to be toxic.

This is not good but it lets me know what to do and I encourage those who are toxic to try similar steps to figure out why they are toxic.

It's not usually your team which will cause you to be toxic. 99% of the time it's you. 1% of the time some dirt bag really is trying to tilt people but that is an exception not a rule.

Sooooo... essentially when you're toxic you're literally being too salty? :D

You might also want to check your blood sugar and monitor when you're carb crashing.

Water does help flush toxins.

I've discovered the source too. It's this game.

Mine stems since there's a big age difference in skill & knowledge between me since I'm 27 and my teammates who are usually 15- under. I wished some fellow adults my age can teach me something that i don't know.[slayer-jinx-unamused]

Um lol no.

You really wanna test that theory? Try playing a jungler who doesn't necessarily need to finish their jungle item (eg: full crit master yi). Even better: start the game by invading the enemy jungler's buffs (take your buffs, invade him, take his buff, kill him). Now kill the crab. Now it's several minutes into the game and you have "4 cs." Do this several games in a row. See how many people comment on your builds and your cs, and see if it doesn't make you toxic.

idk about 1% i would say 30%. I'm only ever toxic when there's someone inting in my game or is trolling me.

You know what a leading cause of dehydration is? Salt.

ModThe Djinn3/26/2017, 6:40:56 PM1 votes

...that's a really unexpected reason for toxicity, but hey. Whatever works for you! Hope it works out for you. :)

Basically whenever you're not at your top condition, you should not play ranked. For your own sake.

The reason I hate and love this game is that there are other people playing it

Mine stems from Riot's inconsistency and the inconsistency of people in this game. Why is it that some people are punished and others aren't for the same thing? How can people in the same elo think so differently?
