Why are White Knights 100x more cancerous and toxic?

Had a game playing MF with a support veigar. Veigar literally did nothing but run in circles. Even after shaco did a lvl 2 gank and pushed htem back to base... I asked veigar if he could actually please do something to help poke out ashe/lux. Once we hit 6 and he had casted a whopping 2 spells. With his stun, and my slow/Q we could easily push them out early, and even now with his ult, and higher level wall we shouldn't have too many problems.

Veigar got butthurt about it, and said in all chat I was flaming him. Went afk for 3 minutes, then proceeded to start screwing up mid lane leaving me 2v1. Out of nowhere comes Ashe ready to defend veigar, and starts being 30x more toxic than ever. Saying I'm a shit player, and veigar is fine, and all game saying how bad I am, laying into me for every tiny mistake. Then saying how veigar did everything in lane (lol?) and so many mind numbingly stupid remarks and aggravating show of mental stupidity I was dumbfounded.

How is this ok in peoples minds? For both the veigar and Ashe? Not only that, but then 4 out of 5 of the enemy voted to report me despite me not saying anything in all chat with no proof of what I actually said to veigar, what they could see is veigar leaving me in lane...

I just don't get it, and people wonder why I have no respect for people anymore.
