your punishment system doesnt "reform" players, it simply bullies them into not talking or talking less, deep down. theyre still the same sarcastic asshole they were before. even if they're considered "reformed" by riot.
I don't care if you're secretly pissed. So long as you don't tilt my other teammates, I'm happy.
Players reform by themselves after learning they will be banned if they continue to flame
The real story here is that they should just fire all their people that handle moderation at all. They obviously aren't succeeding and thus RIOT would just save money not paying their salaries while keeping the community exactly the same as it is now.
