Boosting needs to end.

I can understand a few boosters getting through the cracks; But there are people out there right now with hundreds of Twitch viewers, YouTube viewers (not naming names!), openly taking about boosting accounts. They have been doing it for years without penalty.

And yet Riot, why don't you do anything about it? Why must peoples games be ruined like this? Both for the people who play games in the boosting process, and those who must now play with a boosted player! Even the community in general turns a blind eye.

It's bad sportsmanship and defeats the purpose of the ladder--It's just not cricket.

For boosting to end, smurfing needs to end, and Riot's unable or unwilling to take steps to end smurfing.

If you have video evidence of them advertising them for boosting, clip it and send it to https://support.riotgames.com and let them handle it.

10 days since when I reported an elobooster linking his opgg and stuff and he is still playing (and being boosted :D).
