Certain reports should ignore report weight.
any racial slurs/hate speech any threats to troll/feed/afk any use of the word "uninstall"
people doing any of these shouldn't have to rely on a "weighted" report to get banned

If you consistently send false reports, your reports will stop sending any logs at all. It has nothing to do with whether or not someone gets punished. You'll need to rely on someone else reporting the same person as you to increase your score.
