Can you please start banning for this behavior in ranked on first offence?

Our ADC was either too high to play, too drunk to play, or just trolling. They repeatedly told us that they were 'too high' or 'too drunk,' and doing stupid shit that was bordering on intentional feeding. They kept trying to surrender, even though the game was pretty even, even with them feeding. We banned Twitch and they got upset, telling us that they had him hovered (which all four of us agreed they didn't).

The entire team played extremely well, except for this one player, who caused us to lose the game with their consistent dumb shit. There's no reason for this behavior to be allowed in ranked, period.

Please stop allowing players to get away with this in ranked. We should not have lost 20 LP because a player on our team was incapacitated. This behavior really needs to be made zero tolerance.

While I agree that this behaviour is unacceptable (and I also believe it is against the rules), the system already has a hard time detecting direct inters, so theres no way it will ever detect this kind of player.

This player was trolling all game. At level 1, he said he didn't want to play with a Rakan support and the he wouldn't CS unless Rakan left the lane. After Rakan left, he died a few times, and then started spamming surrender. He went AFK for a little bit, came back, and intentionally fed. After the game, he tells us that he was trolling us and doesn't ADC.

This is the fourth time I've encountered this kind of behavior today, alone. I've lost 80 LP to this. I also encountered this exact same player last week, behaving the same way. Come on, Riot.

I agree that being high should be a instant ban for (lets say 2 weeks).

I am just afraid the system will go of even if you say it in quoting context like:"report **** for saying he's high."

The problem is the way he was acting because he was "too drunk" or "too high". He was essentially trolling and being rude / feeding all game. That behavior is ban worthy on its own. Trying to tie that to behavior that can't be directly proven through the game is nonsense. You can't PROVE he is actually drinking or high, you can only see what is happening in his games.

I agree, the trolling and flaming needs to stop, but I don't see Riot finding a way to fight intentional feeders when it's a difficult thing to quantify objectively.
