Doesnt matter if vayne is hovered or not.

Nothing prevents me from banning who I please. Riot made this explicitly clear numerous times in the past.

Alternatively, you can just ignore them. Just imagine reporting every toxic/annoying person you meet online; after all League is played on the net. It's just a waste of time in my honest opinion, and it sucks out all the fun if I end up having to report people every game, now making screenshots too xD. Think about it...

In the real world, most people just have thicker skin and ignore it.

Surely a gay person being called a %%%got is less insulting than a straight "bigoted" person being called a %%%got.

Someone banned my champion, and told me to commit hang myself, eat Tide Pods... Personally, I don't think it was right to ban his vayne, even if you can and Riot permits it, but his answer definitely was wrong.
