Can't wait to see Riots automated system fail again

Just had a game, guy said he was going to int in the lobby since his champ was banned by both teams (the one he never even hovered)

So naturally went Yuumi top, took attack speed runes, W'd onto me at the start of the game and went afk except to W on again if I backed, they never warded or use a single ability besides W the entire game as well I'm pretty sure

But they didn't flame, so chances are they won't get a single punishment since Riot loves their automated system that barely works

PS.: Although these very extreme cases might be punished.

yeah that is not getting punished. The guy had a bad game man! Give me a fucking break if they even looked into the context one time for these people they would all be banned forever.
