Why does Korean server ban anyone not from Korea but here in NA we don't? I keep getting paired with Chinese pre-mades who:
A) Don't communicate in English B) Just talk shit in Chinese C) DC every few minutes.

They could well be in NA, just speaking Chinese. Capable of speaking English but when they are in a premade with their friends they just speak Chinese because that's what they are comfortable with. They could also be foreign students or other similar people from china with long term residency.
Before the OCE server was started I played on NA with 300 ping.
Isnt "NA" made from different nationalities, cultures...? It doesnt even have an official language.

Did you know in Canada, which is part of NA, people speak French AND English? Did you know some schools offer language classes such as Chinese, Japanese, Dutch, German, Spanish etc etc? Did you know some people teach themselves a language? Did you know you're being a complete dick?

Just because someone doesn't speak English doesn't mean they don't live in Canada or the states. If they STATE that they're not in NA doesn't mean they have bad internet. If they're disconnecting? Doesn't mean they have bad internet. I had one game where it started to downpour shortly after a game started and I kept dc'ing every now and then. Guess where I live? Upstate New York. What's New York? A state. Where's a state located? USA. Where's USA located? North America.
