The quality of games at Diamond V is so bad that I don't even want to play anymore

Probably 1/3 games right now have someone trolling, but not in a way that can be detected without someone manually looking at the game. It's becoming horribly obvious that this behavior is rarely punished, if it is at all.

For example, I just had top lane start raging at our jungler for dying during a gank. We got three kills, the enemy team got two. The score was 9-6. It spent the rest of the game following our jungle around and trying to steal it's CS.

This really isn't fun, especially at this rating, where a single player can entirely lose the game for their team.

Is anything even being done about this?

Report but you have to specify the reason. Under terms of use it is stated that stalking is considered harassment and not tolerated, but as you said it's difficult for system to detect that so you have to report for harassment and use words to describe it, perferably include which specific terms the player has violated.

idk about boosted, Diamond players are all making smurfs and ruining games for bronze and silver players.

At least most of you don't wake up in the morning only to remember you're stuck in bronze.

Being bronze is far worse than ever this time around. It's filled with toxic people, where if your team screws up once the whole team falls apart and you can't do anything to stop it. No one chooses to work together. In the mind of a bronze player no matter what role that person takes they think they're the only person that matters. No one admits to mistakes even though you may have sound reasoning, much less learn from mistakes. You either steamroll individually or not at all. The only thing you can do is hope the enemy team magically throws.

Getting out of bronze alone is like reaching the end of a rainbow.

5 games in a row full of intentional feeders, who JUST HAPPEN to be on my team. bullshit.

At least with gold and higher, you have consolation of knowing that your issues might be taken more seriously than everyone else.

Atleast you can touch diamond, most are stuck in Gold 3
