Give us a way to know, whether our reports are working or not

Since this time, in a new game I just started, I'm seeing this one guy again, who fed in 1 game with me and afked the other 2 and whom I reported three times. This whole banning system HAS TO send some notifications to the ones who report, if the ones they reported got banned/chat restricted, etc. Dota 2 has this and more sensible features like the way they handle 4x5 games, the features you Riots dare to ignore for so many years.
