This BS literally just happened to me, I reminded my top laner to swop his smite to TP, and he told me to fuck myself and he is going jg.

A Rioter already said that its a reportable and bannable offense, but I dont remember which of the categories it fit into. Just mention it in the report notes, if you do end up in the same situation again :(
Im sure the IFS knows that it's a bad thing though, so if you do report him he will probably get punished.
You can report them for negative attitude/griefing. Be sure to include what exactly they did in the comment box provided.
