nothing grinds my gears more then people using the terms of use "agreement" to defend riot's overzealous ban policies. being forced to say "i agree"or not play isn't agreeing. it's called being extorted so they can't be sued. and just because they make you sign a document saying they can get away with anything short of murder, doesn't make it right.
EDIT. my issue isnt so much with the agreement itself. more with the people on the boards using it to neiner neiner people

Like you can't come into my house and start doing whatever. If you do stuff I do not like, I'll kick you out. It's not trolling to remind people of reality.

that wasn't really the point i'm trying to bring up. i'm trying to say that "i agree" isnt agreeing, and they should come up with a better argument

Most games have similar user agreements. However most games have a clear " line" of what will get you banned. And riot is the ONLY game i know of. That bans for "passive aggressive chat " as well as for asking for reports. Which leads to people not knowing that they are close to being banned until its already too late

I did see a massively upvoted thread where customer support wouldn't tell someone why they got banned, and they had been playing since beta with allegedly having a Black Alistar, King Rammus, and a few other rare skins.

in today society where you can get millions of $ for spilling coffee on your crotch companies have to protect themselves
