I use overwolf, and I'm pretty sure it was okay'd, but I just want to be sure.
Aside from that, wouldn't it be good to have an updated whitelist the community can follow so there's no excuse for accidentally using unauthorized 3rd party applications?
There is no whitelist because it couldn't possibly cover every available application, and it can change at any time due to the developers changing something or it becoming compromised and Riot can't constantly monitor and approve them.

Well the only thing I use is Curse. Pretty positive it was endorsed by Riot. Also all my friends use Curse. None of them have been banned. I honestly, don't use anything else. Pretty sure it's a glitch and I sincerely hope that riot is working to rectify the issue. Had a ticket in since yesterday, haven't heard a peep from them. No counter play?
Whitelist for 3rd party programs that give u an advantage in game, that's asking for a whitelist on what I can cheat with. even simple voice chat if it gives an advantage over other players is cheating. Quit trying to cheat or I hope you get permabanned
