dodge punishments + hextech crafting
in addition to a waiting time before queueing up again, it might be cool to make people lose keys and chests for dodging. each dodge loses you a key, and if you have no keys left to lose, you start losing chests.

you have obviously never accidentally realized it was your turn to ban cuz there are other things happening in your life or have gotten a team so troll in team comp that they all wanted to run smite and tele.... people arent perfect why just instantly punish people Riot has already taken away the majorities rights to hextech for stupid reasons and you want to add more to the fire
Not to mention, the bug in Riots system, which they have yet to address from 2 seasons prior, where someone will just get randomly kicked from Q'ing for no reason whatsoever. Me and several friends have been kicked, at 20 seconds to pick or ban, have someone clicked and waiting down the timer, and just been kicked at 15 because we didn't "Choose" something, before the team builder update. So randomly getting kicked from Q when you have plenty of time left to make a decision, shouldn't be a cause for losing hex tech stuffs.
