We need "assisting enemy team" back

Just had a game where our Blitzcrank killed our teammates multiple times when he intentionally helps the enemies to gap close to our low hp champion who are running away. It is quite obvious that he does it intentionally, since he randomly flashes and hook in random direction when he is not trying to help enemy gapclose, I went on to report him and realized this does not fall into negative attitude or intentionally feeding, we actually need assisting enemy team back.
