Do reports look at post-screen chat?
Because holy crap this guy just went full toxic on his mid laner in the post screen. Just telling her to kill herself in various ways.

it's currently manually reviewed.
Report it in post game screen, write in the notes that the toxicity was in post game chat and it will get forwarded to the correct place.
They don't get reviewed by the IFS, but it's all stored and can be pulled and seen at any time by Riot. If you happened to take a screenshot of it, you can always upload those pictures with a ticket to Player Support, but putting something in the additional comments about reviewing post-game lobby chat typically suffices.
