Chat restrictions, are they fair?

So I was playing draft, my role was jungle. I wanted to play graves but i never got to. So i play lee sin first time. I make sure it is known it is my first time playing in pregame. Everyone accepts it. I do pretty bad in the game, and i get flamed for doing so. By 2 people really. They then say to everyone to report me. I get reported and have chat restrict now. Man, the whole "I got flamed, then they reported me and I got banned, unfair!" threads are getting incredibly tedious.

Look, if you got chat restricted, you got chat logs. If you want to claim that your restriction was unfair, present the chat logs.

They are at best inconsistent with the plethora of toxicity that goes unchecked in league.

For example...

You have the AFK, DC and the leaver that can be proved but all they get is a timeout comparable to a slap on the wrist for the most toxic thing in online gaming.

Not to mention feeding, trolling, being level 30 and not showing basic league knowledge etc, etc, that are by far more toxic then words.

But, society dictates that words are not allowed because most people today are so sensitive that they will probably pass away if you blow on them yet they are allowed to ruin everything their lives touch with ZERO repercussions as long as they behave themselves and don't call anyone names or use words to describe those who are more toxic doing those things described above.

That's todays leadership for you.

Piles upon piles of weak minded humans with no integrity and no desire to fix what's really wrong in society.

That being those who can offer no significant contribution to anything that their sorry pathetic lives partake in.

Relog from your client and you'll see those logs.

You had to have something in that game that the automated system flagged as being inappropriate. Your teammates and the enemy team reporting you wouldn't have given you the chat restriction. Also there is really no reason as to needing all chat/ team chat. Pings are able to convey your intentions for the most part. Might I suggest you turn all chat off as soon as the restriction is lifted as its not really beneficial and can actually tilt you. Trust me I know from experience.

Why am i getting punished for playing the game?

There's a difference between "playing the game" and "3 games using 99% of my chat to complain about my team, call them trash, threaten to feed, call for reports, score shaming and demanding to surrender"
