when will riot either crack down on this or give players an out when it happens?

lately ive been running into a lot of a specific type trolls. who not only will try to throw your game. but also attempt to get you banned. and there is a CALCULATED and almost unavoidable method how they are doing this it requires at least 2 people. 1st. once in champ select. before you get a chance to mute anybody. one person start doing tilting. but not directly offensive things in lobby which could pass by as mistakes "ie a midlaner taking smite and not changing it until the last minute". once in game. they start chucking shut ups and minor name calling around hoping it sticks. once they find a suitible target "usually whoever is the most tilted" they start doing passive aggressive things in game that are obvious to you and only you.while everyone in thier premade pretends to act "neutral" or even play the part of taking your side "this is so you instinctively try to stick u for yourself and gain strength in numbers "ignoring pings baiting allies into dying, watching your tower die to minions while they hover outside at gromp pit when gromp isnt even up" all while insulting your play, telling you to uninstall ect. once you are tilted and they do 1 of 2 things based on your reaction if you mute them or ignore them at any point up until now they intentionally feed or sit in base dancing. if you say anything back to them. they transition from insulting and passive aggressive. to passive aggressive and utterly silent. and start playing the victim every time you try to prove to people what theyre doing. at this point. you might as well enjoy your freshly earned chat restriction/14 day/perma because ur gonna get one.

these people are sadistically playing off human instinct and manipulating emotions. these are NOT just people having a bad game.
