DDOS Sucks More Than Just the Loss

I just got DDOSed in a game (Yes, I'm certain it was ddos because my internet works fine almost all the time, and i checked the internet before i started it was perfectly fine, no one else was using the bandwidth, all other programs that could be using bandwidth were closed, I tried restarting my internet once it started, everything from computer restart and wifi restart to using a cable to resetting the router to going out and resetting the modem and this was to no avail) and tbh i wouldn't care much about the loss were it not for the other impacts it had. To begin with, the salt from your own team and the really rude manipulation from the other team is ****. Disconnecting consistently and getting killed every single time leads to a lot of "Wtf are you doing" "You suck" "Stop feeding", etc. which isn't terribly nice but when the enemy mid laner who you're facing (Generally who I'd assume is doing this to me) decides to add fuel to the flame by saying "LOL he just walks up to me and spam taunts while he lets me kill him and he even dives my turret to give kills he's intent sorry about that" and say you're intent feeding (Believe me I sure as hell wasn't spamming taunts and maybe i issued a move command and I disconnected before I changed it so I walked into turret I'm not sure) it turns to a shitfest of flame, report threats, accusations, etc. Now at this point I said "I can't tell whats going on I disconnect and have constantly high ping so she kills me constantly because of it" "I'll try to reset internet but its definitely not intent" but when people are angry, they're ANGRY and everything you say is in one ear out the other. So I disconnected, reset everything and switched to a wired connection. Reconnecting................ HO I get some decent ping for about 2 mins and say "OK looks like it's fixed now I'll try my best to catch up" and then a while later (After some suspicious missing Leblanc behaviour) the game disconnects me and I can't reconnect. So probs got reported by 9 players, + the leaverbuster, + a possible removal from my ranked promos because of that little warning that says "Your promotions will be discontinued if you are in them", which I'm not sure about seeing as I have never disconnected during my promos before. INB4: Yeah right no one DDOS in bronze 1 some people might be testing things out, some people just care a lot about winning, there's very few other explanations for this, and it's not like DDOS is something that is super duper risky considering the amounts of attacks are increasing every single year and if everyone got arrested for it then an amount equivalent to the population of a small country would be arrested in a year alone. Oh one more final rant, when DDOS takes place doesn't it also affect the Riot servers thus lowering the latency quality for all people playing?
