Couple of things before this cespool closes down

How do I currently report players for pre-game lobby racism and flame if the game never started but I have a screenshot to prove it? Used to be you could file a report pretty easily but now Riot in its awesome infinite wisdom made it so I can not file a manual ticket for someone that I "never played with".

I used to come here every once in a while over the years. Some of you were cool, can't remember anyone specifically. I won't miss ever reading another post by Rujitra though. That guy gave me cancer.
