Something need to be done about ping spamming

Just had a spam pinging me for the entire game just because I didn't get a kill when I roamed bot lane and I took a few cs so the wave would push into the tower and reset (he was back in fountain).

This stupid pingspam fucked me over. I was unable to concentrate in my own match up and I miss pings from other teammates because lucian was spamming non stop. And reporting won't do anything because he didn't say anything in chat.

Please do something about this.
