Is making this specific threat against the rules?
Saying "give me your champ or I will dodge"
Edit: Not to confuse anyone. I did NOT make that threat. Someone in my lobby did.

In general I would recommend avoiding ANY threat to another player.
Yes, it's against the rules. Report them. It isn't a zero-tolerance issue though, so it will have to be habitually reported before action is taken against the account.
Even though only that person will eat the leavebuster penalty, it is still quite toxic to waste 9 other people's time for no reason other than throwing a tantrum. I don't see why this is not against the rule.
